- The entire Villa and the surrounding Estate is leased out to a single party at a time. The Villa has 2 bedrooms and sleeps 4 adults in luxury. In addition, we can take up to 2 children (above 5 years).
- Our rates (see Tariff) include full board (4 meals). A full time cook and service staff are at your service. The meals are homely and tasty; typically include bed tea, an English Breakfast, Indian vegetarian lunch, Tea with snacks and a Non vegetarian dinner (Indian or continental). We also pamper you with picnic lunches for your walks and treks.
- The Villa comes with complete bed and bath linen. A full time house keeper is at your service to help you unpack, make your beds, and clean the Villa every day.
- Drinking water is brought in from a nearby spring, and is dispensed from an efficient water purifier. Please carry your alcohol with you.
- The bathrooms provide running hot and cold water. However, water is a very scarce resource in the hills. We depend entirely on the rain gods and harvest the water for our annual consumption. Thus, we urge our guests not to waste water and to use it carefully. For this reason, we do not provide any laundry facilities.
- The land line number for the Villa is 0091-05942-214331. Mobile phones of all national service providers work well in the region. If requested in advance, we can provide you a local mobile phone/chip, as well as a data card for internet access.
- Satellite TV ensures that you remain in touch with the outside world as well as keep yourself entertained. A home theater provides you the perfect atmosphere to watch a movie or listen to your favorite music.
- Inside the Villa is a non-smoking zone.
- Yoga mats are available for your morning asana. Do refer to the beginners Yoga book on the book shelf to get a head start.
