Situated on Latitude N 29 and Longitude E 79, at 7000 ft above sea level and spread over 2 acres , Villa Loshegani is set amidst a fruit orchard, with more than a 150 fruit trees, mostly apple, interspersed with pears, apricots, peaches and plums. Towards the north, it captures a 200 degree view of the snow capped peaks of the Himalayas, while to the south it overlooks the terraced green valley of Ramghar.
The estate houses the Villa and an outhouse for the staff. The Villa is situated on top of the estate, accessible through a pathway which includes about 150 steps to be climbed. For the disabled, we can arrange help.
A temple dedicated to the forefathers of the earlier settlers, is located on the highest point of the property, under the ample shade of a 150 year old Oak tree. Visit it to seek the “kul-devi’s” blessings and also to catch an un-spoilt panoramic view of the surroundings.
