Built over 2200 sq ft, the Villa architecture is a seamless blend of local traditions and turn of the century Post & Beam style of USA. It offers 2 bedrooms that sleep 4 adults. Extra beds can be provided for up to 2 children. The ground floor houses the drawing room, the dinning and kitchen, along with a guest room. The master bedroom is on the first floor, adjacent to the attic which is used as the family room.

The Rose Bedroom: Located on the ground floor, it offers twin beds, with luxurious spring mattresses, and down comforters. A strategically placed study table ensures that you don’t miss the magnificent Himalayan view, even if you need to work. The south facing veranda comes with a hammock, just right for the lazy afternoons. Attached bathroom has running hot & cold water.

The Master Bedroom: Located on the first floor, it offers a king size bed, with a spring mattress to sink into, luxurious down pillows and duvets, a large cushy arm chair to snuggle into and read away for endless hours. A sit out deck made of “sal” wood, offers a spectacular view of the Ramghar valley. An en suit bathroom with running hot & cold water completes the luxury in your private suit.

The Attic: This houses the casual lounging quarters, complete with a home theater, satellite TV, low seating with an ambience that makes for a wonderful evening with the ones you love.

The Drawing Room: This is perfect for an evening of excesses, with a grand fire place to snuggle up to; perhaps roast jacket potatoes or fish, to snack on! An attached veranda is furnished to seat you in luxury, while you watch the sunrise over the Panchachuli peaks.

The Dinning Room: This is attached to the Drawing and seats 6 guests in comfort. The table ware has been picked to provide you with a memorable dining experience. Of course, you can also choose to have your breakfast in the garden, watching the butterflies and the bees as they hum.

Kitchen: An open kitchen is attached to the Dining room, it is fully equipped with a gas hob, convection/microwave oven, blender, electric kettle, toaster, a fridge etc. A full time cook and service staff are there to ensure that your stay is a culinary delight as well. You are also welcome to wear the chef’s cap and experiment with local ingredients.

Verandas & Sit-outs: The property provides various options for sit out & sun bathing with deck chairs, garden umbrella etc.. A spectacular view is guaranteed from almost anywhere! A garden barbecue adds to the experience, especially under the star lit sky.

Outhouse: Located at the entrance of the property, the outhouse was built initially to house the owners. Rural in design, complete with “lakhai” (traditional carved woodwork of Kumaon) windows, it has a charm of its own. Today, it serves as the staff quarters.
